Commonly known as athletics or track and field, it is a collection of sport events that involve RUNNING, THROWING, and JUMPING. The name "athletics" is derived from the Greek word "athlos" meaning "contest"(competition).

-COORDINATION & BASIC SKILLS...LEARNING TO CONTROL A TENNIS BALL THROUGH MULTIGAMES.

There´re a lot of types of coordination, such us: inter-limb, global, dynamic... This course in P.E. we´re going to work and improve our skills playing with little balls using our "eye-hand coordination". "Eye-hand coordination" is the ability of the vision system to coordinate the information received through the eyes to control, guide, and direct the hands in the accomplishment of a given task, such as handwriting or catching a ball.

Don´t forget that being coordinated is very important in your life to improve the "knowledge and interaction with physical world" competence.

JUGGLING... is a skill involving moving objects for entertainment or sport.
The juggler throws objects up to catch and toss up again. The most common props are balls (of different colors).
